Homebuilding made easy for your clients.

Your clients get
their dream house
— you get 3%

Do you have a client who can’t find a home they like? Have they been sitting on the market for months or lost a few bidding wars?

Atmos is a company that makes it as easy to custom build a home as it is to buy, giving selective buyers a chance to buy exactly what they want, in the location they want.

A competitive Triangle market.

A healthy market has 6 months of inventory—right now the Triangle market has 2.1 months worth.

With picky buyers, few sellers, and a growing influx of people moving to the Triangle—it’s time to consider building!

Hear from Dayn and Aurelie

Dayn and Aurelie chose to work with Atmos because they didn’t want to have to choose every little thing, but wanted to focus on the customizations that mattered the most and would make their home feel like theirs. They worked with their project manager to make their 3bd / 2.5 ba Farmhouse work with their growing family in mind—so lots of storage, a butler's pantry, mudroom, kitchen with built-in cabinetry, and laundry room. While Atmos works with agents to find lots for customers, Dayn and Aurelie bought their 2 acre lot before finding a builder because they found the perfect location.

We make it easy for you
Our platform has available lots by price and neighborhood. Keep track of lots your clients might like and use our video/photo footage to make the sale.

Improved lot listings
Partner with Atmos on your next lot listing to create a “build package” to appeal to both land and home buyers.

Perks for your client

Your client works within their budget
They pick the style, number of bed and bathrooms, floors, and square footage at their budget.

Less competition
Sellers aren’t putting their homes on the market fast enough, but even when restrictions loosen, the quantity of buyers still outstrips the number of homes.

A home in a desirable location
Homes in hot neighborhoods are selling fast —buying land and custom building is a way for your clients to live in the part of town they want.

Robust warranties to keep them covered
Along with the standard builder 1 year workmanship warranty, Atmos covers additional warranties backed by third party company (Centricity) including: 2 year mechanical (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing) warranties; 10 year structural warranty; 3 year appliance warranty on top of standard manufacturers warranty; 3 year technology warranty.

Madeline dreamed of being in Real Estate since drooling over the architecture in her hometown of San Francisco and has since worked for tech and new construction companies in the industry. After experiencing the headaches of the custom building process; not only with countless clients, but during her own home builds, she was drawn to the simplicity that Atmos has to offer for all things homebuilding and design. She is excited to make "dream" homes a reality for many customers here at Atmos.
