With Atmos, custom homebuilding is easier than ever—in these 7 stages you'll watch your home come to life.
Pre-clearing
First we'll walk through your lot to make sure we're all agreed on what's being cleared and where the house will sit. We'll mark any trees you'll want to keep on your property.
Foundation completed
After the lot clearing, the builder will lay the foundation. We'll show you where everything will be built.
Framing completed
Your home is finally starting to take shape! Before more building takes place, we'll do another design walk-through to avoid future change orders.
Pre-drywall
Now that the exterior is starting to look like the home you designed, it's time to focus on the interior. Before we start, we'll show you where the important stuff goes like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, gas, low voltage, etc. We'll also ensure your home is being built accurately.
Pre-closing
We're almost done! We'll take you around your home to show you How To: take care of the HVAC; turn off water in case of emergency; operate breaker panel, etc. Finally, we’ll check everything is where it's supposed to be and create a list of what needs to be fixed before the closing.
Closing
Our last walk-through! We'll make sure everything on our pre-closing list has been fixed and explain home owner warranties.
