Mike Owens is Head of Land, where he’s responsible for land acquisitions and developing partnerships with builders and land developers. Prior to Atmos, Mike was VP of Land Acquisition for Meritage Homes in Raleigh.
Mike has closed over 2,000 residential homesites during his career. Mike received a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University and his MBA from UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
